The other blackjack games only consist of small changes based upon normal black jack. Knowing Your Limits

Before playing the game of Blackjack you should no your limits. Have a certain amount of money set in your head that you want to spend and win. By doing so this will help you in a long run from spending too much money and also chasing to much if you’re winning.

When entering a casino its important to no how much you will be wagering each hand. There are signs posted at each corner of the tables posting the minimum and maximum bet. Also stating the usual blackjack should pay 3-2, Insurance will pay 2-1 and dealer must draw to 16 and stand on 17. I prefer the five dollar minimum table because if you go on a losing streak you can always drop it down.

Six To Eight Deck Blackjack

Before playing the game of blackjack you must scan the blackjack tables looking for the appropriate table.. You have to decide weather or not you want to be at a six deck or eight. Most people prefer the six saying the odds are better do to the less amount of cards.

Also there will be one to six players sitting at the table. I find it to be more profitable to be sitting at a full table as opposed to by your-self . Once you find a seat you want to sit it you can then ask the dealer for a marker. A marker is a chip that a dealer places in your betting area that says reserved. This holds your seat up to 30 minutes.

Buying Casino Chips

In order to play at any table game at a casino you must purchase chips. There are several places to purchase chips. The first place is the cashier. The cashier is located on the casino floor usually noticeable to the eye. Once you have approached the casino cage you then can purchase casino chips in the increments of one dollar, five dollars, ten dollars, twenty five dollars, one hundred dollars, and five hundred dollars and a thousand.

The second place you can purchase chips is at the table . There are strict rules when purchasing chips from the dealer at the table. First you must place the money in front of you on the table when the dealer isn’t dealing. Never try to hand the money to the dealer the casino prohibits any hand to hand transactions at the table. The blackjack dealer will then count your money on the table then place it in the money slot. Which is a slit in the table were the money is dropped into a box. Once doing so the dealer will then place your chips on the table clap his hands together showing nothing is in them for the camera. Which then you are allowed to take your chips and start playing.

Playing Blackjack

Once you have this established you can start playing. A dealer then deals out cards from what is called a shoe. But before a dealer deals anything out you must make sure your bet is placed in the betting area . Larger denominations at the bottom smaller ones toward the top. Once every blackjack player has there bets placed the dealer will then begin. The blackjack dealer always deals to cards to every player face up starting from his left ending with last card face down for himself. The person closet to the left of the dealer will then go first. That person has a variety of options on what to do based on their cards.
